missingWrote a review on Nov 03excellent breakfastinconsistent wifi
The breakfast selection was fantastic, particularly the freshly cooked full English that was a generous portion and kept us fueled for the day.
The WiFi in the bedroom was quite inconsistent, which made it challenging to stay connected during my stay.

Despite the clean bathroom, the family room was a bit cramped with just one wooden chair and no spare pillows. The bathroom door often popped open unexpectedly, and the room lacked extra power outlets, which could've been useful to charge devices. Towels were not replaced throughout the week, and the sheets seemed slightly small for the bed-these little details.

We had a wonderful time during our stay! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we loved using the sun loungers for some relaxation. The shower pressure was a bit on the low side, but it didn't ruin our experience. I’d suggest trying the full English breakfast!

Just a good pick for a weekend trip in Paignton with reasonable price. The shower was perfect and had great pressure. Bring a fan if it’s warm as it can get a bit hot at night.

The single room was comfy and had nice little extras like a kettle and a good selection of teas and coffees. It was perfectly clean, and the towels were soft and fluffy. The space was just right for a solo traveler, but not super spacious, which was okay for me. Each day, the room got cleaned, so it felt fresh. Loved that there was a cozy lounge area too! really good value for the price and the couple running the place were so welcoming.

Lovely stay with fantastic breakfast options
My stay was delightful, mainly due to the superb breakfast selection that included a tasty full English and fresh fruit options. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax. I particularly appreciated the strategic location just a short walk from the quieter Preston beach, perfect for some peaceful seaside time. One minor note is that parking could be a challenge during peak times, but the hosts did their best to accommodate guests. I would definitely recommend this place to friends for a charming getaway.

missingWrote a review on Jun 13cheerful atmospheredelicious breakfastlimited parkingearly check-outvariable wifi signal
The cheerful atmosphere upon arrival set the tone for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was stellar, particularly the freshly cooked full English that was generously portioned, providing sustenance beyond lunch. The cozy single room was well-designed and complemented by a separate bathroom. there was a lack of on-site parking, and the check-out time of 10:30 AM felt a bit early. Although the WiFi connection was good, a stronger signal could improve accessibility throughout the premises.

Family with children will love it
Tim and Pauline are fantastic hosts, he adored Tim, called him cool! Plus, the breakfast? The full English hit the spot every morning, set us up for the day ahead!
Wasn't the cheapest, but honestly worth every penny.
